With over 500 devices deployed all over France, “Point visio-public” kiosks provide the ability to instantly connect users and public service agents through video conferencing. A remote but direct and humanised connection. Requesting information and detailed advice, subscribing to services, signing contracts, etc. Video conferencing (audio and video) provides the ability to interact more naturally. The kiosk’s peripherals help streamline the exchange of documents, including scanning, printing and shared viewing of documents on screen.

The interactive kiosk simulates the presence of contact persons in a very realistic fashion, thanks to their high image and sound quality.

Implemented for Orange, “Point visio-public” kiosks provide services for administrations such as the CAF, MSA, CPAM, Pôle Emploi and more.
