Remote personalised interactions with service personnel
Humanising virtual interactions thanks to video conference kiosks
The CPAM’s agencies offer tangible user interactions by improving user reception through the use of interactive kiosks.
The interactive video conference kiosks help fight against digital inequality by offering public services, even in towns and cities bereft of CPAM offices. The user-oriented interactive kiosk is set up in a partner site, such as a town hall, and is connected to an agent’s office located at the closest CPAM offices. This allows advisors to provide bespoke assistance to users for all their needs. As a result, users have more autonomy to carry out necessary tasks.
These multi-service CPAM kiosks come equipped with audio and video devices, as well as an insurance card reader (multiservice insurance card kiosk), an A4-format printer and a scanner. These features allow users to remotely interact with advisors and share documents in a simple and secure manner.
