Saint Gervais is innovating with the implementation of interactive ski pass distribution and top-up kiosks in its ski area to streamline its customers’ experience.
Available on a self-service basis, these very easy-to-use ski pass kiosks allow ski area customers to obtain their ski passes quickly and independently.
The EK 3000-CVM and EK 5000 touch-screen kiosks are designed to purchase, top up and distribute ski passes. The EK 1000-CVM interactive kiosk allows users that have purchased their keycard online to withdraw it by scanning their QR confirmation code.
