Caisse Nationale d’Assurance Maladie des Travailleurs Salariés (CNAM-TS, national salaried worker health insurance office)
An autonomous service for patrons
Quick and autonomous user services
The CPAM’s 1100 agencies are streamlining public reception services thanks to user-oriented interactive kiosks. They provide a solution for simple and independently achievable tasks, including finding information, checking one’s account, subscriptions, printing certificates and more.
They also help streamline user flow by increasing agency traffic and reducing waiting times for window services.
As a result, agents will spend less time on simple and repetitive tasks, and will be able to dedicate more time helping resolve complex issues.
The kiosks’ simplicity and ergonomics mean they can be used by anyone. In order to satisfy user needs, kiosks are equipped with an insurance card reader and an A4-format printer.
Some figures:
- 1100 kiosks set up in 100 agencies

- 60,000 pages printed per day

- Repetitive tasks are automated
