The Intériale Mutuelle, the private healthcare insurance for French civil servants, has installed interactive kiosks in its branches to make formalities easier for its policy holders.
Touch screen kiosks have been placed in all branches so that users can have access to various services. They can view their accounts and personal data, update their social security cards or even print documents such as insurance certificates.
Interactive kiosk users can then carry out simple tasks efficiently and on their own. Advisers are now available to deal with more complex cases.
