IPM France won the innovation award for their reception kiosk for healthcare institutions at the grand prize-giving ceremony of Innovation Trophies BrefEco 2019 on 25 November 2019 in Grenoble.

The multi-service kiosk solution developed by IPM France and its software partners reduces waiting time in admissions to healthcare facilities, enhancing the patient's care pathway experience. The first installed terminals are a success, with significant benefits: improvement of patient relationship, better orientation of patient flow, fewer missed appointments, and less time wasted for both patients and admissions officers.
