Our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility

Because we are committed to creating meaning and fulfilling our mission by adopting a positive economic model for people and the region, IPM France is committed to a policy of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). This is based on three objectives:

  • Reducing our carbon footprint: IPM France is actively working to reduce its carbon footprint by rethinking its processes, optimizing its digital equipment and reinforcing its eco-responsible commitment upstream from the design stage and throughout the lifecycle of its solutions.
To promote eco-design, IPM France's product lifecycles are virtuous and structured around 4 stages: design (choice of components and materials, modular and scalable design, obsolescence and durability management, responsible purchasing in France, design in France, EMC component safety, packaging), transport (delivery and installation on site), use (energy consumption, digital inclusion, reparability with after-sales service and customer support) and end-of-life (reconditioning, third-party equipment take-back, CE, ROHS, WEEE standards).

  • Building sustainable innovations with our customers and partners: IPM France works with its customers and partners to develop sustainable digital solutions that meet current and future needs while minimizing their environmental and societal impact.

  • Making Responsible Digital Business an integral part of our corporate culture: IPM France places Responsible Digital Business at the heart of its corporate culture and demonstrates its commitment to sustainability by offering its employees a working environment based on ethical and social values.

IPM France is committed to a sober, ethical and inclusive digital world! We are committed to a " Responsible Digital " continuous improvement approach (Level 1 Responsible Digital label - currently being certified). This label, supported by the Institut du Numérique Responsable, aims to reduce the ecological, economic and social footprint of information and communication technologies. As proof of its commitment and to join the network of organisations pioneering change, IPM France has signed the Responsible Digital Charter!

IPM France is also certified by ecovadis , an expert in the social and environmental evaluation of suppliers. The ecovadis evaluation measures and demonstrates a company's CSR performance on a detailed scale. It reinforces our commitment to our stakeholders, assuring them that we are actively taking steps to reduce our environmental footprint and promote ethical practices. As well as providing us with real control, this assessment also enables us to measure our CSR performance: a crucial step in our journey towards an even more responsible and sustainable business.

Inclusion and diversity are part of our DNA

At IPM France, diversity is our strength! We are committed to promoting gender diversity and inclusion, placing women at the heart of our actions. For example, according to a Bpifrance study, only 12% of SMEs are headed by women, and only 2.64% of industrial SMEs. IPM France is proud to contribute to this 2.64% with Virginie Boissimon-Smolders as its President! In addition, national statistics show that women represent 24% of the industrial sector (according to a UIMM study), but at IPM France, they represent 34%!
